Product description – LiPo battery tester 1–8S with balancer & servo tester

The LiPo battery tester 1-8S is a professional multi-function measuring device for almost all common RC battery types. It is perfectly suited for airplanes, helicopters, drones, RC cars and boats – anywhere reliable battery analysis is essential.
It supports LiPo, Li-Ion, LiFe, LiHV, NiCd and NiMH and offers precise voltage testing as well as balancing, discharge functions and a full servo tester.

Features & Properties

Voltage test for lithium batteries (1–8S)

  • Direct measurement of 2–8S without an additional current source
  • For 1S batteries, an external 4-cell NiMH/NiCd power source or 5V BEC is required.
  • Compatible with JST-XH balancer connectors
  • Show:
    • Total voltage & estimated remaining capacity
    • Individual cell voltage & capacity
    • Cell comparison (highest/lowest voltage)
    • Delta voltage between the cells
    • Cell number of highest/lowest voltage

Voltage test for NiCd/NiMH batteries (1–8 cells)

  • Without additional power from 4–8 cells
  • For systems with fewer than 4 cells, a lithium battery is required for power supply.
  • Display of total voltage

Discharger & Balancer (2–8S)

Two operating modes:

1. Unloading with balancing

    • Discharges to the set cell voltage (2.0–4.2 V/cell)
    • Balances all cells simultaneously

2. Autonomous balancing

    • Automatically adjusts the cell voltages to the lowest cell.

Ideal for storing, maintaining and caring for batteries.

Servo tester (5–6 V supply)

Ideal for testing servos and controllers (ESCs with BEC do not require an external power supply).

Supported pulse frequencies:

  • 50 Hz (analog servos, standard ESCs)
  • 60 / 100 / 125 / 200 / 300 Hz (digital servos, multicopter controllers)

Three servo tester modes:

    1. Manual mode

      • Fine control via rotary knob
      • Pulse range selectable: 1000–2000 μs or extended 500–2500 μs

    1. Automatic mode

      • Servos automatically run through the selected pulse range
      • Speed ​​adjustable

    1. Neutral position 1500 μs

      • Perfect for servo mounting or center position control
