KAVAN 40/80C series batteries have a standard discharge current of 40C, a peak value of 80C and a quick charge (1-2C). They are suitable for more demanding applications for airplane and helicopter models and for models with impellers for classic and 3D acrobatics. The high current load capacity guarantees maximum use of the motor power and enables a fast flying style while at the same time having a very good service life.

Do not charge KAVAN 40/80C series batteries with a current higher than 2C. For normal operation, we recommend a current in the range of 1 to 2C. We recommend using the balancer for each charge. KAVAN 40/80C series batteries do not require initial formatting. However, if you want to charge the sets with a current higher than 1C, we recommend not exceeding 1C for the first three charge cycles. Batteries do not need to be completely discharged before charging. You can charge 50% discharged batteries without any problems.

The set is supplied as an "air pack" for powering airplane and helicopter models. It is equipped with silicone power cables (charging cables) whose cross-section is designed for the expected current load (without plug). The balancer connector is a standard type of the JST-XH system - its advantages are small size and weight (especially appreciated by users of low-capacity sets), easy connection and even direct plugging into the balancer sockets of many chargers such as KAVAN, RAYTRONIC, SkyRC, GT Power, etc. without an adapter.
