The 2WD BT-01 is a NEW chassis that offers hobbyist radio operators the choice of FF/MR/FR drive systems based on the drive system of the actual vehicle your body is replicating. The body included in the first version represents the fourth generation Toyota Supra (JZA80), announced in 1993 as Toyota's flagship sports car. Its top-of-the-range RZ model featured a 3-liter inline-6 ​​twin-turbo engine producing 280 horsepower, a 6-speed transmission, 4-wheel double wishbone suspension, and front and rear ventilated disc brakes. The muscular shape and high performance delighted fans around the world and led to success in motorsport racing.

About the BT-01 chassis:
The BT-01's 2WD chassis offers a choice of two wheelbases and a front or rear drive system. Without removing the battery, motor and RC equipment from the center frame, you can switch between front and rear wheel drive by simply swapping the gears and steering linkage; for rear-wheel drive vehicles, the motor position can be selected at the front (FR) or mid-rear (MR). The 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features a symmetrical structure and friction dampers. Unified parts such as the motor mount, final gear and suspension facilitate assembly and effective maintenance.
