The BigHammer 5.1 is a powerful, fully equipped 1:10 XL Competition Truck based on the proven 5 Series and enhanced with numerous improvements. Of particular note is the newly integrated center differential, which optimally distributes power between the front and rear axles for improved traction and control.

The model is powered by a powerful 570 brushed motor combined with a 7.2-volt NiMH battery. This allows the truck to reach top speeds of up to 40 km/h – ideal for fast-paced off-road adventures. The revised chassis with a wider wheelbase, based on the TW-1 and Bruggy models, ensures improved driving stability and significantly reduces tipping in curves.

The electronics have been comprehensively modernized: The water-resistant DF-1060 brushed speed controller offers 60 amps of power, while the DF-1000D digital servo with 10 kg of actuating force and a robust XXL steel gear delivers reliable steering precision in every driving situation. The new RACE X3 3-channel remote control with dual-rate function conveniently sets the maximum power to 100%, 75%, or 50%—ideal for beginners and controlled driving.

Robust components such as a metal chassis, XL oil-pressure shock absorbers with aluminum components, aluminum steering arms, CVD cardans, and ball bearings are installed as standard and underscore the high build quality of this model. The modern body with its aggressive design completes the appearance of the BigHammer 5.1.
