A completely new, performance-oriented drift platform with newly developed electronics makes the FAZER D2 the new standard for remote-controlled drifting. The FAZER Readyset is ready to drive right out of the box. Simply insert a charged battery into the car and batteries into the transmitter. The long-awaited RWD Drift-Spec FAZER D2 is finally here! Rear-wheel drive (RWD) is the standard configuration for current 1:10 scale drift RC cars and glides across the track with strong counter-steering – just like a real drift machine. The FAZER D2 features a drift-specific RWD chassis, a different weight distribution and suspension than the standard FAZER, and a receiver with an integrated gyro that automatically controls the counter-steering, enabling optimal drift angle (body slip). The gyro controls both steering and throttle, allowing even drift beginners to drift like pros. The chassis also utilizes modern drift components such as wide wishbones and a high-mounted motor for easy handling and setup. Although this FAZER comes as a Readyset, you can swap parts and install upgrades to tune and fine-tune the D2 like a pure racing R/C car. For the full drifting experience, this model is equipped with Kyosho's Ultra Scale body and variable wheelbase, allowing for different body styles. Traditionally, 1:10 drift cars are the domain of experienced drivers – but the complete FAZER D2 Readyset brings the drift thrill within reach. Kyosho's highly detailed Ultra Scale body replicates even the smallest details such as headlight housings, bumpers, and mirrors, creating a realistic-looking model of action-display quality. "ULTRA SCALE BODY PLUS" goes even further, eliminating the need to drill body mount holes in the polycarbonate body. - Fully assembled 1:10 EP (electric) drift car in a Readyset package. You only need 4 AA batteries for the transmitter and a battery pack with charger for the chassis. - The body is painted and decaled, the RC system is pre-installed – you can drive straight out of the box. - Newly developed RWD chassis, specially optimized for drifting, including steering and throttle gyro for easy drift handling for everyone. - Standard plastic drift tires with optimal balance of drifting, sliding and control. - Includes new KRG-331D receiver with integrated gyro and KS4072-06W servo. - Thanks to the variable wheelbase, most existing FAZER series bodies can be fitted. - The battery holder accommodates batteries of different sizes, so most standard R/C car batteries will fit. - A wide range of optional parts is available for tuning and customization.

Completely new drift-specific RWD chassis with pre-installed R/C system and receiver with integrated gyro. Suspension and motor mounts are specifically designed for drift performance.

The GT86 is the European version of Toyota's FR sports car "86", introduced in 2012 and taking its name from the AE86, which became popular in the 1980s. This model was modified with, among other things, a carbon fiber hood and a rear spoiler to improve aerodynamics.

The rims are modeled true to the original RAYS TE37V – a popular choice in various areas of real vehicles.

The wide front double wishbone suspension allows for a large steering angle with adjustable caster, roll center and other geometry.

The high motor position ensures moderate rolling characteristics. The beginner-friendly G22 brushed motor is included as standard; a gearbox cover protects the drive system from dirt and other contaminants.

The motor mount eliminates the need for complicated backlash adjustment (engagement). The gear ratio can be adjusted via the slotted hole – compatible with Kyosho 48P pinions (16–37T).

The new KS4072-06W servo delivers ideal steering characteristics for drifting and works with a newly developed gyro that enables optimal counter-steering.

Equipped with the newly developed KRG-331D receiver with integrated, drift-optimized gyro. The gyro controls steering and throttle (speed control); gain (sensitivity) is adjustable via a rotary knob.

The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) is mounted at the rear of the vehicle to optimize weight distribution during drifting. It sits in a special housing that can be removed with just one screw for easy maintenance.

The resin main chassis is divided into front and rear sections; the connection points can be repositioned to adjust the wheelbase to the respective body.

Thanks to newly developed, concealed body mounts, no posts or cotter pins protrude – for an even more realistic look of the high-quality ultra-scale body.

The wheel hubs are decorated with dummy brake calipers and discs, which significantly enhances the scale appearance. The rear drive unit uses a rigid axle without a differential to allow for smooth drifting.

The front and rear light housings are compatible with the separately available 97054 LED light unit. With LEDs, the bodywork becomes a truly authentic automotive-looking piece.
