POLY-ZAP CA is a medium viscosity specialty superglue specifically designed for hard-to-bond plastics such as Lexan, Delrin, polycarbonate, ABS, styrene, nylon, HDPE (marine board) and many acrylic or painted surfaces .
It dries clear , remains flexible and provides strong, lasting bonds – perfect for RC, marine and model building applications.

Application areas

Model building & RC:

POLY-ZAP is the ideal adhesive for modern ARF (Almost Ready to Fly) models .

Outdoor & Marine:
Ideal for boat accessories and applications with HDPE (Marine Board) – resists UV radiation, moisture and environmental influences .

Tip for use

  • Apply only small drops to one side
  • Assemble parts and hold briefly
  • For long seams: place small dots at intervals of 0.5–1 cm.
  • Keep fingers away , as POLY-ZAP will instantly stick to the skin.
  • Do not use accelerator on clear parts (e.g. hoods) to avoid condensation .
  • For GRP repairs, apply evenly and allow to harden.
